Professor Notes / LMR (Last Minute Revision):- Our educational model allows the professor to store all his given notes of particular subject at specific folders or subject folders for which he has prepared them. A student can easily access all these notes whenever he requires by just login in to the system and taking print outs of the same or have a web reading of the same. The advantage a student can have of this system is that he gets the latest updated notes by professor for reading. Our system will allow the professor to make updates at any given point of time. If before few hours of exam a professor feels that some topics are important he can simply upload them on our website and ask students to go through them for best results, which is not possible in current education style. Here the LMR would make a huge difference in the final score of a student.

Search Facility:- Time is money and in this ever going fast track world of technology we are ensuring that our generation utilizes the best of all the available options with them. For this very reason we have kept a Search Facility which would ensure that students are getting the exact note which they are looking for without wasting much of their time searching in huge pool of notes kept by a professor.

Online Exam Facility:- This facility would allow the professor to keep exams online and at a time which would be convenient to students. The role of parents here would be important as they will have to ensure that student gives a fair exam and doesn’t cheat. As professor cannot be available to examine whether a student is giving a fair exam or not the parents will have to keep a watch that the student doesn’t use any malpractices to get good marks. Also students can design a test for themselves and check their knowledge on topics. A advantage here can be that one student can design a paper and other student has to give it. This will allow students to know among themselves that which are the topics or points on which they need to work hard. A very bright student of class might design a exam which might cover important topics which may have been left by few students for studying, but this system will ensure that this doesn’t happen. Even the parents here can decide among themselves who would design a exam among their children and when will they give. This would ensure that they are able to know the preparations of their child at that same point of time which can be monitored on very short basis rather than waiting for results to come and decide the growth of a particular student.

Calendar:- A professor can very well in advance decide his schedule of availability and exams and test that he will conduct. Also his timings for coming online and dates of results can be put up. This will allow a student to have a clear idea of his availability and timings. Even if a professor gets ill or is not available he can just upload on the calendar which will notify the student that a certain professor is ill or not available so that he can schedule other class or other activity rather than wasting time for waiting for the professor.

SMS Facility:- Our unique SMS facility would ensure that students and professors are linked between each other 24 hours and 365 days a year. As said above as soon as a professor uploads new notes or amends his previous notes, he can send a sms to his students informing about the updates on notes. Also with help of this facility professor can update parents about the student progress and events that a professor organizes which may be a test or exam result or any such kind. Even this would ensure that parents and professor are always linked with each other.

Chat Facility:- A self dictating & explaining facility, this will allow the professor and students to talk when concerned people are online. Huge benefit of this would be that there could be n number of participants and not limited one. A professor can chat and clear doubts of students directly online and student can save this chat either by taking printout of the same or saving in the hard disk. This would benefit both the concerned parties as a professor can just solve the doubts of student within less time as compared to daily classes. As a daily class would be scheduled for next day only this forum of ours will allow the professor and students to defy the time constraints. A professor and student can meet at a scheduled time and clear things up rather than waiting for next day class room meet of theirs.

Database of Professor:- This section of ours will provide details of all the professors which are associated with us. This would give visitor’s glance of professor’s experience their subject experience and also institutes which they are currently associated & the subjects which they are teaching.

Sticky Notes:- This being a student friendly model we have ensured that students are able to save their self made notes and refer them at time they need. This would help students in more ways than one as it will ensure that their notes are safe and secured. Students also would be free from tedious work of paper management. Many times students face problems of their notes being lost, but with this feature we will ensure all their notes are safe and secured and available for reference when ever they need.

Online Library:- Our web based library will ensure that students have access to pool of books which are available on line. This library will have books on all topics and would ensure that students are able to refer them as and when they require.

Students Progress Report with graphs:- As the student gives exam and continues to grown in the system a progress chart of each student is made which give detailed view of his progress and marks obtained. Even parents can very well track the progress chart of the child as after every test & exam the performance chart would be updated.
